INTERVENTION
Intervention is a trained skill used by substance abuse recovery professionals that helps a person decide to help her or himself. Skilled interventionists use "contact" techniques and communication tools in a combined effort with friends and significant others of the addict or alcoholic to confront destructive behaviors and motivate treatment.

DETOX
CTC greets many clients when they first arrive at the drug treatment center, and they are assessed with needs to detox from drugs or chemicals. CTC has helped many locate a nearby appropriate facility if the severity of withdrawal warrants. Medical model, social model, rapid detox, and holistic vitamin interventions is available.

INTENSIVE CARE
28 Days of in-patient drug or alcohol treatment, focus is on counseling, peer groups, drug and alcohol education, and inner discovery workshops. Emphasis is 'staying' and 'growing' will make you feel better. Self-improvement feels better than a chemical.

56 AND 84 DAY EXTENDED CARE
Same as above, more emphasis on individual development, and long-term 12 step process of permanent sobriety.

PERSONAL RECOVERY COACHING
People do much better in sobriety when they are individually 'attended' to; California coaching is like having a 'personal trainer." This innovative service, uniquely original in the treatment industry, produces treatment and recovery rates far above industry standards. It is the very best of everything—and the results are outstanding!

FAMILY CARE
We offer family care to all family members of CTC clients. We feel the family has developed issues because of the nature of the disease. Living with an addict can cause 'syndromes' that should be address; as well as family and client inside of a therapeutic setting 'supporting' each other.

Does Insurance Pay for Treatment?

All insurance carrier’s have different policies in regards to residential chemical dependency treatment. As client’s themselves have different levels of medical insurance, it has become the experience of Comeback Treatment Center that we do not contact insurance companies on behalf of our clients, but we will provide STATE LICENSING DOCUMENTATION, TREATMENT RECORDS, AND ANY OUTSIDE MEDICAL INVOICING FOR INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT to our clients.

Comeback Treatment Center carries no responsibility for collecting insurance fees for clients. The client is solely responsible for payment of all fees charged by CTC. They may include one or more services; base treatment fee, intervention, Detox, court alternative sentence work, and separate medical necessities. CTC does not accept medical insurance for any of these services with the exception being that it has been established in advance between the Client, Insurance Company, and CTC that CTC will be compensated. Many insurance companies offer plans that include an “outside the preferred providers’ list” that includes drug rehab. CTC does not research this. It is the responsibility of the client. CTC will accept pre-approved status, but client admission occurs only when fees have been received by CTC.

Comeback assists the client:

Comeback does not bill nor contact any insurance agency. CTC is not responsible for directing or forwarding claim forms to or from insurance companies and their clients.

However, CTC will submit State License, State Certification, treatment documentation and invoicing and outside medical invoices, to the client so she/he can submit this bill to her/his insurance company for possible reimbursement. Documentation can be attained after fees for admission have been paid (for carrier’s pre-approval), and/or during or after client’s stay.

CTC feels an insurance company is more likely to reply and work with their own customers directly, rather than a third party. CTC does not negotiate with a client’s carrier in any way and therefore can not be responsible for the insurance company making the decision to reimburse/or not its client.
